VitalWear Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Period

VitalWear offers a 14-business days return period from the date of delivery for all eligible items purchased through our website.

Eligibility Criteria

Items Eligible for Return

  • Incorrect sizing selections
  • Items received in error
  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues

Return Requirements

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 – business days of delivery date
  • Items remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging materials included
  • Valid proof of purchase provided
  • Items free from any contamination or foreign substances

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Items contaminated with:
    • Cosmetic products (makeup, skincare, deodorant)
    • Fragrances or personal odors
    • Pet hair, dander, or other allergens
    • Stains, marks, or foreign substances
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

Return Process

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@vitalwear.com.au
  2. Provide your order number and detailed reason for return
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions
  4. Securely package items in original packaging with all tags attached
  5. Ship via trackable method (Australia Post Registered service recommended)

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer error
  • VitalWear Responsibility: Return shipping costs for manufacturing defects, quality issues, or items sent in error

Processing & Refunds

Processing Timeframes

  • Refunds: 5-7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items
  • Exchanges: 3-5 business days for dispatch of replacement items (subject to inventory availability)

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Exchange for same item in different size: No additional charges apply
  • Exchange for different item: Price differential will be charged or credited accordingly

Exchange Limitations

  • Exchanges are subject to current stock availability
  • If requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed

Manufacturing Defects & Quality Issues

For items with manufacturing defects or quality concerns:

  • Contact customer service immediately upon receipt
  • Provide detailed description and photographic evidence
  • VitalWear will cover all return shipping costs
  • Replacement, repair, or full refund will be provided at our discretion

Consumer Rights

This returns policy operates in conjunction with your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantees or remedies available to you under Australian consumer protection legislation.
